[comp.os.eunice] There really are some Eunice machines out there.

Thanks for the answers to the vms format files.

There really seems to be people out there using Eunice.

I'd like to take a poll, of machines and Users.
I'll post the results if I get sufficent response.

 Here goes,

 1. Why do you use Eunice?
 2. What don't you like about Eunice ?
 3. How often do you use it ?
 4. Which of the native Eunice programs do you use ? like ?
 5. What other software do you use that is not native ?
 6. Do you use news ? rn ? vn ?
 7. Do you have tcp ? Whose ?
 8. Do you run nntp ? rrn ?
 9. For system adminstrators, if you run uucp how much of your
time does it take an month to keep it running ?
 10. Do you run Eunice on a cluster ?
 11. How many of you would like to shoot DEC for inventing a
counter intuitive use of the Back space key ? what about
TWG for not implementing a real one ?
 12. Would you rather use just a plain Unix machine if you could ?
 14. Do think Eunice 4.3 will be close to BSD 4.3 or just another
enhancement to Eunice 4.1 ? Will it include tcp ?
 15. Will Eunice 4.3 work or will it be so buggy that we'll wish
we'd never seen it in the first place ?
 16. Thanks for your time. Enquiring Eunice users want to know !

  Thanks
  mark
