On our Eunice (version 4.2.00) escaping to a VMS subprocess by typing
`suspend' to csh(1) and then returning to Eunice by typing
`stop/id=0' (as recomended) causes control-C to stop working (i.e.
foreground tasks are no longer interrupted).
Has anyone else noticed this and is there a solution? (Apologies if this
has already been discussed).
Thanks in advance.

This is a bug in the VAX/VMS virtual terminal driver. If you turn off
virtual terminals (or wait for DEC to get things right) it will work
correctly.
