[comp.std.internat] Looking for info on Unicode

This is probably a FAQ by now, so copies of old discussions are fine.

I'm looking for information on Unicode.  Things like where can I get a
copy of the (draft?) standard, is anyone working on unicode libraries
for Unix, etc.
