In an effort at increasing student participation at its conferences, the USENIX Association will offer an award, in the form of free transportation, hotel accomodation, and registration, to the *student* offering the best paper at the Phoenix Technical Conference (June 8-12). The decision will be made by the Program Committee for the conference. Submitted abstracts (by February 20) should be marked to indicated that they are from students.
