[comp.org.usenix] A Common Reader, USENIX Phoenix Internationalization Session, withdrawn

Due to personal circumstances, I have been unable to complete my paper,
titled "A Common Reader", for the upcomming USENIX in Phoenix. I must
withdraw from the gracious opportunity which the USENIX technical review
committee had extended to me, that of presenting the paper as part of
the "International" Session.

I would like to thank all the people who encouraged me to bring my earlier
work up to date and make it available to the community, Eric, Kirk, Mike,
Kevin, Keith, Debbie, John, Jean, and several others who's names escape me
at this moment. I would also like to thank the several people who came to
me with questions, Larry and Vaughn, etc., for their attention to my work.

When my circumstances improve I will finish that paper, I can't set a date
at this time. There will be future occasions to make the information broadly
available. The paper can be thought of as a "three way diff" of the three
major published "standards" documents in their current (2nd and later)
printings.

I thank the reviewers and offer an apology to the disapointed.
