			  USENIX C++ Workshop

			 November 9 & 10, 1987

	USENIX is pleased  to  be  hosting  the  world's  first
	workshop  on the C++ language.  This two-day event will
	bring together users of the C++ language to share their
	experiences.

	     Bjarne Stroustrup, designer of the  C++  language,
	has  agreed  to speak on topics guaranteed not to be in
	the C++ book, including multiple inheritance and  other
	futures.

	     If you are interested in presenting either a  full
	paper  or  a 10-minute discussion of your current work,
	please  contact  the  Conference  Chair  as   soon   as
	possible.   Suggested   topics  include,  but  are  not
	limited   to:   Case   Studies,   Programming   Support
	Environments,  Teaching/Learning  C++, Class Libraries,
	Debugging  C++,  and  C++   Compiler   implementations.
	Abstracts   for   full  papers  must  be  submitted  by
	September 15, 1987, preferably electronically.

	     Vendors of products related to C++ are  encouraged
	to   send  technical  personnel  to  demonstrate  their
	products.  Call the  Registration  Information  contact

	USENIX is pleased  to  be  hosting  the  world's  first
	workshop  on  the C++ language (outside of AT&T).  This
	two-day event will bring  together  users  of  the  C++
	language to share their experiences.  It promises to be
	a watershed for C++, so you  won't  want  to  miss  it.
	Furthermore, if you've never been to Santa Fe, you have
	a treat in store.

	Speakers will be announced on the net in about a  week.
	Here are some logistical details:

	The workshop will be held at:

	Eldorado Clarion Hotel            $82.03 / night

	Santa Fe, New Mexico  87501       double occupancy

 -->    Call the hotel by October  7.  After  that  date,  they
	will  accept  reservations  only  on  a space-available
	basis.  When you call the hotel Registration  Desk,  be
	sure to tell them you are attending the USENIX workshop
	or they'll quote you a higher  price.  They  require  a
	one-night  deposit  that will be refunded if you cancel
	at least 48 hours ahead.

	You MUST register in advance to  attend  this  limited-
	enrollment   workshop.   Register  early  as  space  is
	available on a first-come, first-served basis.
