As of last week, all the papers for the Proceedings of the USENIX C++ Workshop (Santa Fe) are in my hands. Unfortunately, the USENIX printer (the folks with the presses, not a QMS) will be closed for the holidays until early in 1988. My current expectation is that I will be able to mail printed copies to the participants the last week in January. It appears that the volume will be over 300 pages long. It will contain several historically important papers as well as those presented. As soon as the material goes to the printer and I have an accurate cost estimate, I will post ordering information on the net.
