NOTICE! NOTICE! NOTICE! The C++ Proceedings are sold out. I have ordered a second printing, which will be in shortly. However, this second printing entails a price increase (as the printing cost will not be subsidized by the workshop registration fees). Orders after Monday, April 4, 1988, should be accompanied by a check or money order for US $20, domestic postage included. Overseas postage remains $5 surface; $25 air (despite the postage rate increase). PLEASE NOTE, THE PRICE PER COPY OF THE SECOND PRINTING OF THE USENIX Association's C++ PROCEEDINGS is $20. Peter H.
