peter@usenix.UUCP (Peter Salus) (01/09/88)

At long last the Papers from the C++ Workshop are in and the volume
has gone out to paste-up and print. The Proceedings (plus a number
of other papers) total over 450 pages. The price will be $15 volume,
postpaid in the US and Canada. There is an additional charge of US
$15 for airmail to Europe and an additional US $20 for airmail to
Asia and the South Pacific. Please send orders, together with payment,
to
	USENIX Association
	PO Box 2299
	Berkeley, CA 94710
	USA

Please specify that you are ordering the C++ papers, as we have other Proceedings
available.

There will be a C++ tape, too, further news about that will be posted to
these groups in about 4-6 weeks (i.e. after Dallas).

Finally, those who attended the C++ workshop in Santa Fe will receive a
copy of the Proceedings gratis.

NOTICE! NOTICE! NOTICE!

The C++ Proceedings are sold out.

I have ordered a second printing, which will be in
shortly. However, this second printing entails
a price increase (as the printing cost will not be
subsidized by the workshop registration fees).

Orders after Monday, April 4, 1988, should be accompanied
by a check or money order for US $20, domestic postage
included. Overseas postage remains $5 surface; $25 air
(despite the postage rate increase).

PLEASE NOTE, THE PRICE PER COPY OF THE SECOND PRINTING
OF THE USENIX Association's C++ PROCEEDINGS is $20.
