Has anyone out there ever run into recordings by Ron Geesin or Ivor Cuttler? Ron Geesin has worked with Roger Waters (of Pink Floyd) on the record ''Songs from the body'', is rumored to be the voice of the Pict from the song 'several species of small furry animals gathered together in a cave and grooving with a pict' on the album ''Ummagumma''. I have two of his records on his own label (Geesin Records), ''Pattruns'' and ''Right Through''. He is english, and the records are imported. I've been looking for more of his stuff. If you know of any other work by this man, please send me mail. Another obscure british recording artist is a Scott named Ivor Cuttler. I've seen one of his albums at a radio station, heard cuts from at least two others. The ones I know the names of are ''Jammy Smears'' and ''Memiors from a Scottish sitting- room". For those of you unaquanted with Mr. Cuttler, he plays a little concertina music and tells stories and ''poems'', with a few short subjects here and there. All of the songs, poems and stories are told as if serious but are actually very funny. If anybody out there knows anything about this "mad Scottish Poet", please let me know anything you can. Reply via mail, please, to this address. If there is enough interest, I'll digest it and send a more coherent package to this newsgroup. Thanks in advance... Daniel Glasser ...!decvax!sultan!dag
