[comp.edu] ranking of teaching colleges

I've seen the ranking of computer science and electrical engineering
departments from research-oriented institutions.  I'm interested
in the "flip-side" of the coin - is there such a ranking for departments
who value undergraduate teaching as highly as the aforementioned departments
value (funded) research?
