[comp.edu] Literacy Program

I am in need of a literacy program developed around the IBM PALS system,
especially one in an ESL enviornment.  I am also looking for information
reguarding placement tests to be used in an ESL enviornment, especially
ones that can determine if one is dealing with just an ESL problem or
if there are learning disabilities as well.  Any assistance or references
would be appreicated.
  I am posting this for someone who does not have access to the net,
so replies may take a day or two.
