I am posting this for Carmin Montecinos [My boss]. All responses will

I am currently writing a questionnaire to survey the University
Faculty's attitudes toward the Instructional use of computers. If any
of you have written a similar survey, can you forward a copy to me. If
you are aware of any similar data and writings, the information would
be appreciated. All contributions to the final instrument will be
properly credited.
