I am considering applying for a Marshall Scholarship to attend school
in the U.K. for 2 years.  What are the best C.S. school there?
I am interested in Visual Programming and CAD.

According to the recently published University Funding Council
rating of UK C.S. departments those who received a top
rating of 5 (international excellence) were;

Edinburgh
Newcastle
Sussex
Manchester
University College London
Imperial College of Science and Technology

As for visual programming and CAD I couldnt say off hand.
