[comp.edu] Request for Info: Books on Lecturing

I'm shortly due to take up a lecturing post (CS), and since I've no
experience of lecturing at all, I'd very much appreciate some
pointers. 

Surely there are some books out there that are considered essential
reading for budding lecturers?
