[comp.edu] dropout/attrition rates

Does anyone (e.g. the Chronicle of higher Education) publish statistics
on PhD dropout & attrition rates?

What are the odds of finishing once you've taken comps, written a
dissertation, etc.?

I expect this depends a lot on the university, but I'm looking for any
figures.
