I've been looking at the different NRI correspondence school adds for computer programming and software engineering using C++ in various computer magazines and I have several questions: Are they even worthwhile? That is, what are my chances of being able to actually find a job? If they don't carry any more weight than Ed's Technical School And Grill, as advertised on the Late, Late, Late Show, I think I'd better save my money I see that they're accredited by the National Home Study Council, does that actually mean anything? That is, does anyone besides the National Home Study Council recognize their credits? I realize that going to an actual university would be preferable, but as I'm putting my wife through school and my weird schedule won't permit me to take classes, that won't be an option for some time. Any help will be *GREATLY* appreciated! Jonathan Neuenschwander tippy!buzz@newton.physics.purdue.edu (Sorry, my .sig's in the shop)
