I had the great pleasure of attending a Southern Michigan Engineers dinner last Tuesday. The keynot speaker was from the council for solid waste solutions (1275 K St. NW Suite 400 WashDC 20005). This oraganization is developing Computer Cost Modeling software for community recycling.
