I am the lab administrator at U.O.P. and would like to hear how other administrators may have handled this problem. When we receive our legal copies of documentation, we usually end up storing 95% of them in a basement. Is there any reason for keeping more than one or two for backup? What do you do at your college/university? Any responses would be appreciated. Please e-mail responses to me, and if there is sufficient request, I'll post a follow-up.
