What is a good school for a Chinese person to apply to in order to study
lans and computer communications in general, from the practical applications
point of view? He is a very bright graduate of the masters program at
the Northeast University of Technology in Shenyang. This means a wide
spread of topics. There are many in electricity and electronics but not
so much in computing. He doesn't feel comfortable attempting a Ph.D. program in the U.S. He needs some kind of financial assistance. All suggestions
are welcome.
