[comp.dcom.lans] Excelan PC ethernet board

I have an Excelan ethernet board in an AT&T 6300 and need to use
the ICMP timestamps. It doesn't appear that the time it returns
is in the proper format. Does anyone know if they have conformed
to the standard. Could it be that the bytes are in host order
and not network order or backwards and in network order or fliped
and rotated then inverted. I think I've tried all the combinations
but can't get anything that looks like it maps into the time on the
PC. Any pointers anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.

	Thanks in advance,
