I've been asked to help join two ethers (one thick, one thin, but that's not the problem..) together, via a repeater. Is it possible to connect two transceivers back to back (Tx -> Rx & Rx -> Tx) to implement a repeater or will the returning Tx signal be outside the jitter window? Do we really have to buy a repeater? (Can't just join via a N <-> BNC adaptor in this particular case, I'm afraid..) /Kevin ----------------------------------------- Kevin J.
