[comp.dcom.lans] Backing up PCs over Ethernet

	Here is a request for information.

	A sponsored student at this site is looking into the possibilties
	of developing an automatic backup system.

	The idea is for a number of PCs connected over e-net to a VAX
	running 4.2 BSD to perform automatic overnight backups.

	If anyone knows of any work that has been done in this area,
	or any packages, either commercial or PD that are available
	please email.

	I'll summarise if the response warrants it.
