Looking for a few ideas on I might efficiently connect a Vax with 4.3 BSD a Novell Netware LAN of PC types. Any ideas? Thanks Mark Donnelly columbia!donnelly

Depends on what you want to do. In our case we have PC's running NETWARE locally that want to run TCP/IP TELNET and FTP to other machines. In this case we've decided on the MICOM 5210-8 Ethernet card and the product they refer to as DK-TCP-WORKSTATION. This is actually FTP software's TCP with what John refers to as the Split-driver that allows you to use both NETWARE and TCP concurrently (or as concurrently as anything gets on a PC). -Ron
