Does anyone have any documentation for the settings of the Base Memory Address jumpers for the 3Com Etherlink Plus (2012) adapter. The 3Com manual doesn't even acknowledge these jumpers and the Novell installation manual for the 3Com boards just says "Use any available address" and shows the factory default setting (WITHOUT STATING WHAT THE MEMORY ADDRESS IS). I'd like to install two Etherlink Plus adapters in a Novell configured server and want to make sure there's no memory conflict (either between the boards or anything else in the machine). If anyone has info on (1) the value of the default memory address and (2) the "Rosetta Stone" info that would translate jumper settings into actual memory addresses, please e-mail as quickly as you can! Thanks in advance. -- Jim Gogan (ugogan@ecsvax.uncecs.edu or @ecsvax.UUCP or @ecsvax.BITNET) UNC-CH P.S. - Please note I am referring to Base Memory Address, NOT Base I/O Address!!
