Does anyone know of a client NFS implementation for the Mac, similar to PC-NFS for MS-DOS? I heard that someone at U of Michigan was working on this but haven't been able to confirm this.

My understanding of Mac-NFS is that the people at CITI at University of Michigan completed it (along with their TCP/IP drivers) under contract to Apple. Apple said "thank you", took the code and is considering what to do with it. Rumor has it that the performance of Mac-NFS was not very good. - RL "Bob"
