I'm searching for a MS/PC-DOS Based NFS Server implementation and so far, my search has been fruitless. I would apreciate any information on this topic. I assume that the server would have to be a dedicated system, and I have no problem with this. As a fallback, is anyone aware of a XDR/RPC implementation that runs under DOS, so we could kludge something up. And finally, in the entirely likely possibility that I'm going about this all wrong, mayhaps I should tell you what this is all about. We are looking to integrate 5.25" WORM technology into our Unix network. We have been unable to turn up support for 5.25" WORMs for the Suns that comprise most of our network. My thought was to utilize an existing PC-DOS based 5.25" WORM system and provide network access to it using NFS. Any suggestions about alternative ways to do this would be greatly appreciated. If everyone would mail their responses directly to me, I will summarize to the net. I do try to follow all the newsgroups I've posted this to, so if my mail path is tricky, by all means post... I need all the help I can get! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Fred Ziel, Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Reserach, CU-Boulder uucp: ..!{nbires,ames!ncar}!boulder!spot!ziel domain: ziel@spot.colorado.edu disclaimer.h (line 10): syntax error.
