Hi over there,
In the june issue of the US-magazin "PC Magazine" there has been
a big article comparing several network operating systems for
personal computers. One of the surprises was Univation's newest
version of their network operating system "LifeNet Version 2.50".
Yesterday I went to the German distributor here at Munich in South-
Germany to have a look at it. As this distributor is a very beginner
with LifeNet and as he only had a four station LAN (1 LifeNet server
and 1 LifeNet workstation bridged to a Novell AdvancedNetware 2.0a LAN)
I would like to know whether anyone of you out there already had some
expertise in using this operating system in a greater environment or in an
heterogenous system (i.e. conntected via TCP/Ip or using the SNA/3270
gateway)?
