[comp.dcom.lans] Sample NetBIOS programs

I've uploaded some sample C programs to show how to use the NetBIOS
calls for PC LANS, due to some requests I've had. These programs
show how to use broadcast messages and datagram messages. Also,
they show how to set up the necessary data structures and system calls.
