I would like to Thank everyone that has responded to my previous posting asking for information about configuring printers on a Novell network. The infor- mation was very timely and useful. The information yielded the answer that if I wanted to hang printers off of workstations and make them accessible to the entire network I would require a separate print spooler program. One is available from Novell but reportedly this is mucho cash. There are also a variety of third party spoolers on the market. This brings me to my next dilemma. Which of these third party spoolers would be best to use. I have been given names like PSPRINT and LANSPOOL, but I am by no means tied down to any one yet. I would like one that would give the most control over printing possible while takeing up as little RAM on the workstations as possible. Any comments, suggestions, tales of personal woe, or tales of wonderous glory concernig any of the above mentioned packages or any other packages would be greatly appreciated. I will be willing to summarize and post and significant results of this little survey if I am provided with enough feedback. Thanks in advance. Lou.
