Hello

I read about a military network (specification ?) recently but can't
remember where.  I also can't remember the exact name; it might have
been 
   	SAF-T net
	SAf-Net

etc.

Is there anyone who knows anything about this?? and can lead me to
journal articles, books, other references etc.
