Thank you all for your replies about our thin ethernet pre- wiring. Unfortunately, the answers didn't come fast enough (actually I asked the question too late) to prevent the wiring man from wiring it HIS way, without enough spare cable to prevent pulling the T-connectors any distance out of the wall. So now we're going to have to use extension cables, unless they work so badly that we switch to AMP fast-taps... Kenneth Herron
