I'm looking for some information on extending a Proteon Pronet-10 (PC-based) network. We need to link three sites in a city together. We have used the Proteon microwave link before, but we do not have a direct line of sight for this particular installation. I have also heard that there is a router available for the Pronet-10 network, but I fear that we will not be able to use it because we use a non-standard proprietary networking protocol. I was told that the Proteon microwave link uses 4 of 25 T1 channels that are provided by the microwave link. Would it be possible to use four T1 land-based lines instead of the microwave link? Thank you in advance for your help. Jeff Wasilko Information International Los Angeles, CA 213-390-8611 x322 wasilko@netcom.uucp (preferred) jjw@pak.uunet
