Can anyone recommend a (relatively!) inexpensive remote ethernet bridge? I've been told that $6500 is a good price on an ethernet -> T1 bridge. We are considering linking 2 or 3 satellite facilities to our main campus for records purposes and remote login. Traffic would be fairly light, probably under 5 megabytes of data per day. Are there any remote bridges that exist that could multiplex several T1 lines to a single ethernet (see below) ___ __|Box| Satellite A / |___| ________ T1/ | / | ____/ ___ Main |-|Box |----------|Box| Satellite B Facility| ----\ T1 |___| Ethernet| \ ________| T1\ ___ \_|Box| Satellite C |___| Please excuse my artwork and/or ignorance in this matter. Certainly. Most of the products on the market for Ethernet <-> T1 come in versions that support multiple T1 interfaces (or multiple Ethernet's for that matter). Our particular favorite here is Cisco. -Ron
