Has anyone used or written a driver for a Am79C900 (AMD's new Integrated Local Area Communications Controller) based ethernet board? I just read the data sheet on this chip and it looks very interesting -- combining the features of Am7990 and Am7992 in one chip and more. The number of ring buffer entries pointed by each RMD or TMD can now be upto 512 entires on this chip, for example. AMD document mentions that there is a demo board available for PC/AT bus. Anyone seen it? -hwajin- -- Hwajin Bae (hwajin@wrs.com) Wind River Systems 1351 Ocean Ave. Emeryville, CA 94608 USA Tel: 415/428-2623 Fax: 415/428-0540
