[comp.dcom.lans] Anybody know of an enet/TCP printer

I too have looked for such a beast and have a couple of spots on campus
where this would be a bonus.  The one hardware beast I have run accross
is the LANPORT from Microtest.  They have both thick and thin options
and come in 1 serial, 1 parallel or 2 serial boxes.  They also have a
LattisNet version, but I have not asked them about a 10baseT version.

Currently the only software that will drive them is based on NetWare.
They were talking about a TCP/IP version of their drivers, but I do
not expect to see anything until 2Q next year.  I have not tried their
products, but I did see in action at Networld and was happy to see
them pushing a plotter from their Novell server through the BNC/Serial
box.
