We are attempting to port Franz lisp from our 4.2/VAX 11/780 to a Convergent Technologies 68010 based system which is running something that looks like V5 unix. I would like to hear from people who have experience with this sort of torture.

I'll answer this one myself... we decided not to port it since we don't want to spend two years doing it!
