Hi ... I'd like some opinions on or comparisons of three different networks. Actually, I realize that I'm talking about apples and oranges, but here goes...Banyan & Novell (386) with its anticipated NLM's like Remote File Management, Naming, etc. is the first set, and LANtastic and Novell ELS and ELSII the second set to compare. I guess what I'm really asking for is capabilities/cost for each...what do I get for my money? Is it worthwhile spending a little more? Does it really cost more/less in the long run? Could we make this a discussion here in the news, rather than mail messages, please? I would like to see replies to comments (no flames, please :-). I know that LANtastic has been mentioned in the past, but I never bothered saving any info on it, as it was not a question at the time...of course, now our list here only goes back to 18 July, and that doesn't help.
