someone to write both DOS and OS/2 NDIS Driver.

Interesting that you have to advertise for NDIS driver consultants, whereas
poor little old me is willing to write a packet driver for a mere donation
of $500 worth of equipment to Clarkson University.  This is chicken feed
compared to what you'll pay and pay to get someone to write a NDIS driver.

Those who might construe this fact as a lesson on simplicity in
software specifications should take this moment to do so.  :-)
