We have Microsoft Lan Manager (from Microsoft) and have discovered a serious bug. It seems that the way to report the bug is to spend about $200 to call Microsoft and report it. Then we can pay for an upgrade if they have it in their hearts to someday fix it. This is a side note, but we considered becoming LAN Manager resellers. Even though we have a number of people with extensive LAN experience, the application really threw us. First you have to become a reseller of another LAN - like Novell. Then you have to pay a very high price to get a demo copy. And then you have to prepay for 10 future support calls at $200 each.
