We were told it couldn't happen. Sitting on my desk right now are two WD8003EB cards with identical addresses. The cards report the same address, and the little "NETWORK ADDRESS" stickers are the same. We have at least 3 other identical pairs here. What happened was that we took delivery of a new batch of cards, and were amazed to find that they worked immediately, i.e. their addresses were already in the bootp, etc. tables.
