I have PC-NFS (version 3.0.1) and I am trying to set the broadcast address to be all ones in the host portion of the address. The PC is on a subnet of a class-B network. Our university class-B net is 131.230 and our department is 131.230.133.0 with the host portion being the low order seven bits. We are using 131.230.133.127 for the broadcast and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.128. My only problem is that PC-NFS wants to use all zeros for the broadcast address instead of all ones. My questions: -Is there a way to set the broadcast address to all ones in PC-NFS (Ver 3.0.1)? -If not, is there there a new version of PC-NFS that supports all ones for the broadcast address? -If not, any other suggestions?
