I am trying to install a 3C507 16 bit network card in a Zenith 386, 16mhz. 3+Open server. The system will not boot with the card installed and it seems to wipe out all the CMOS settings. The default card settings, ram at D000 and irq 3, I/O 300, should not present a problem. But I do have a Zenith memory cache card installed, and there was a warning that the card could NOT be used on some 486 machines with off card memory caching. Has anyone else tried this combination?
