[comp.dcom.lans] NDIS and the packet drivers

Once upon a time, there was mention about how to get the packet drivers to
work with Banyan (which uses NDIS).  At the time, no one on campus was
interested in Banyan, and I foolishly pitched the information.

Now, I need to be able to do this, and get subscribed to the Banyan mailing
list as well.  If someone would be kind enough to mail or post the information
(NDIS to packet driver, Banyan mailing list), it would be greatly appreciated.
