[comp.dcom.lans] Terminal server built from PC?

Is there any public domain or shareware pieces available to put
together a terminal server (ie, dial in, get prompt, telnet/rlogin
to remote host) using a PC, ethernet card and serial ports?

I'd like to support perhaps four serial connections all running
at 19200 bps.  It would be really neat if this software sat on 
top of the packet drivers.  No fancy configuration screens for
the remote users are required...  just simple connectivity.

Any ideas?
