[comp.dcom.lans] VISTA problem response fantastic

I sent a posting last week regarding some problems I was having
with a VISTA terminal server.

Firstly I would like to say that the response from Datability
U.S. was fantastic.  These people really care that some guy over
in Australia has a problem with their product.  Irregardless of the
fact that someone in Australia was meant to be supporting us they
rang me twice during last week and worked with our comms
people to straighten things out.

It appears that all our problems came from having an old version
of the software, now that we have the latest version things are
going much better.

A+ for product support ;-)
