I'm exploring solutions for connecting two separated networks over the phone lines. The networks happen to be AppleTalk, but I don't think that really matters. The important thing is that the connection must be full duplex. Obviously I want the greatest speed for my money (<$5K). Would a pair of V.32bis/V.42bis modems be the best I can get? Or should I look at something else. Async is prefered, since the actual connection to the network is easier (read cheaper :-) that way. Thanks for any comments. ~~~Eric -- _______________________________________________________________________ Any statements made by this account are strictly based on heresay and should be assumed to have no intelligence behind them.
