I am trying to use a DOS application on PC-Interface. The application specifically supports Novell, but has an installation option for 'other'. Using PCI's login program to create a virtual drive on the Unix host, I then loaded the application and gave it full read/write permissions. When I run the application at two workstations I get a file lock, and the application tells me that access is denied for the second PC to read the file. The manufacturer of the DOS application tells me that their software only attempts to read the file. Can anyone suggest how I can overcome this lock? Doug Amdur MGI Group International, Inc.
