[comp.periphs] Need 1-slot 24bit/pixel frame buffer for VMEBus

References:

I need 1 display board with 3 RS-170 output channels (8 bits /channel).
Resolution is 512x512, although it wouldn't hurt to have a larger frame
memory with pan and scroll registers.

I'm willing to use a second board (with 3 A/D converters) for digitizing,
which is how I believe Datacube's VME frame buffer is implemented. (our
Datacube system requires a 3 board frame buffer for RGB work,though so
you have a total of 4 boards rather than 2.)

board 1		board 2

   R->A/D	frame	D/A->R
   G->A/D	memory	D/A->G
   B->A/D		D/A->B
Sync->			   ->Sync

The AT&T Targa 32 seems to do this for the IBM PC Bus world, but the closest
I can find for VMEbus are ITI series 100 board, which is 12 bits deep
(4 bits/channel). Does anyone know of anything with more bits/pixel?
