Hi I am looking for a board or interface for NTSC output to a VCR for
a IBM PS/2 Model 50 with a VGA adapter. If anyone has heard of
a product please let me know. Thank you.

I don't know what the IBM puts out by the way of video signals but there were several products available through Video equipment houses that allow you to convert RGB signals to NTSC. One we were looking at several years ago was the VIA VIDEO NTSC-1. -Ron

If you are not interested in broadcast quality, and are interested in conserving $$, look into building an NTSC encoder, using Motorola's MC1377, as is done in the Amiga. Mot' has an app' note (the number escapes me). Only the one chip, and a handfull of passive components are required. On a somewhat similar note, what about converting NTSC (like from an atari 800) to rgb (like a Barco GC33 monitor on a GIGI)?
