Our department has a Tektronix 4662 interactive digital plotter with Option 31 (multiple pen attachment). We have never used this unit, and we would like to find a new home for it. Unfortunately, we have been informed that this plotter has not been supported by utilities programs which would facilitate its use with the more recent micro- computers, in particular the IBM line. The prospect of developing one's own programs to drive this plotter is not a good selling point in this day of reasonably priced and well supported plotters. If anyone can share information or programs that would facilitate the use of the 4662 on IBM microcomputers, we would be very grateful. Even better, if anyone already has one of these units and is interested in obtaining ours at a bargain price, we would be most interested in negotiating with you.
